目的探讨无痛结肠镜对于老年患者的安全性、舒适性和可行性,为无痛内镜检查在老年患者的推广应用提供科学的临床依据。方法回顾分析240例接受无痛结肠镜检查患者的临床资料,根据年龄分为青壮年组(≤60岁)和老年组(>60岁),比较分析两组之间的术中生命体征变化、用药量、术后恢复时间、镜检结果等指标。结果全部病例均成功安全地完成无痛结肠镜诊疗,检查前后生命体征变化无显著性差异。结论老年患者行无痛肠镜检查,技术安全可靠,检查结果满意。

Objective To investigate the safety，comfort and feasibility of the painless colonoscopy for elderly patients，and to provide scientific clinical evidence for the popularization and application of painless endoscopy in elderly patients． Methods Clinical data of 240 cases of painless colonoscopy were analyzed retrospectively． Patients were divided into the aged group ( ≤60 years) and young-to-middle-aged group ( the age ＞ 60 years) ． Changes of vital signs，dosage of the anesthesia medication，postoperative recovery time，and the results of colonoscopy examination were compared between the two groups． Results All cases underwent clinic painless colonoscopy examination successfully and safely，and their vital signs before and after colonoscopy was showed with no significant difference． Conclusion Painless colonoscopy is safe and reliable and with satisfied check result for the aged patients．
