目的探讨参柏祛毒汤联合干扰素栓治疗CINⅠ~Ⅱ级LEEP术后病变残存的临床疗效。方法将CINⅠ~Ⅱ级LEEP术后病变残存的80例患者随机分为两组,每组各40例。两组均于月经净后予α-干扰素栓塞阴道,隔日1次,每次10万U,晚睡前使用,连续10次用药;治疗组联用参柏祛毒汤口服1周。疗程结束及随后3、6个月及12个月进行宫颈薄层细胞学及高危型人乳头瘤病毒16/18型DNA检查。结果疗程结束及治疗后3、6、12个月的治愈率试验组高于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;无不良反应。结论参柏祛毒汤联合干扰素栓治疗CINⅠ~Ⅱ级LEEP术后病变残存是安全、有效的。

Objective To investigate the effect of Shenbaiqudu decoction combined with interferon suppository in the treatment of residual lesions in patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasias ( CIN) Ⅰ －Ⅱ after loop electrosurgical excision procedure ( LEEP) ． Method Eighty patients were divided into two groups randomly． After the menstruation clean，both groups were treated with interferon suppository of 105 IU， placed at deep portion of vagina before sleep，once every other day，for ten times; only patients in study group were treated with Shenbaiqudu decoction every day for a week in extra． TCT and HPV16 /18-DNA were checked right after the therapy ，3，6 ， and 12 months after． Ｒesults The clinical cure rate was significantly higher in the study group than in the control group( P ＜ 0． 05) ． Conclusion It is suggested that Shenbaiqudu decoction combined with interferon suppository would be effective and safe in the treatment of residual lesions in patients with CINⅠ －Ⅱ after LEEP．
