目的分析广西地区6家医院结肠镜下结直肠癌的检出率情况。方法收集2019年6月至2021年6月在广西5个地区6家三甲医院行结肠镜检查者的资料,根据不同年份、性别、年龄和医院进行分层,分别计算结肠镜下结直肠癌的检出率。结果共收集61 786例行结肠镜检查者的资料,结直肠癌的总检出率为2.81%。与2019年、2021年相比,2020年结直肠癌的检出率最高(P<0.05);男性的结直肠癌检出率显著高于女性(P<0.05);不同年龄段结直肠癌检出率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);北海市人民医院的结直肠癌检出率高于其他5家医院(P<0.05)。男性的结肠癌检出率、直肠癌检出率均高于女性(均P<0.05),北海市人民医院结肠癌检出率、直肠癌检出率均高于其他医院(均P<0.05);男性和女性结肠癌检出率均高于直肠癌检出率,30~79岁人群结肠癌检出率高于直肠癌检出率(均P<0.05)。结论 广西地区结肠镜下结直肠癌的检出率为2.81%,不同年份、性别、年龄、医院之间结直肠癌的检出率存在差异,结肠癌检出率总体高于直肠癌。
ObjectiveTo analyze the detection rate of colorectal cancer by colonoscopy in 6 hospitals in Guangxi areas. MethodsData of individuals who went to the 6 grade-A tertiary hospitals in 5 Guangxi areas for colonoscopy from June 2019 to June 2021 were collected. The individuals were stratified and the detection rate of colorectal cancer by colonoscopy was calculated according to the year of their examination, their gender and age, and the hospitals where they were examined. ResultsA total of 61 786 colonoscopy examinees′ data were collected, and the total detection rate of colorectal cancer was 2.81%. Compared with those in 2019 and 2021, the detection rate of colorectal cancer in 2020 was the highest (P<0.05). Male detection rate of colorectal cancer was significantly higher than female (P<0.05). There was a statistically significant difference in the detection rate of colorectal cancer in different age groups (P<0.05). The detection rate of colorectal cancer in Beihai People′s Hospital was higher than that in the other 5 hospitals (P<0.05). Male owned higher detection rates of colon cancer and rectum cancer than female (all P<0.05). The detection rates of colon cancer and rectum cancer in Beihai People′s Hospital surpassed the others (all P<0.05). In male, female, and the 30-79-year-old population, colon cancer detection rate was higher than rectum cancer (all P<0.05). ConclusionThe detection rate of colorectal cancer by colonoscopy in Guangxi areas is 2.81%. Differences were found in the detection rate of colorectal cancer in different years, individuals with different genders and ages, and different hospitals. And generally, colon cancer detection rate is higher than rectum cancer.
