目的探讨微型种植体支抗在口腔正畸治疗中的临床效果。方法纳入接受口腔正畸治疗的92例患者,按照治疗方案将其分为对照组和观察组,各46例。对照组采用口外弓支抗治疗,观察组采用微型种植体支抗治疗。对比两组患者的正畸效果、咀嚼效率与咬合力、不良反应发生率、满意度。结果观察组的上中切牙倾角差和上中切牙凸距差均较对照组大,磨牙移位距离较对照组短(均P<0.05);治疗后,两组咀嚼效率和咬合力均提高,且观察组上述指标高于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为13.04%,低于对照组的41.30%(P<0.05);观察组的满意度为91.30%,高于对照组的76.09%(P<0.05)。结论微型种植体支抗在口腔正畸治疗中正畸效果较好,安全性、患者满意度高。
ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effect of micro-implant anchorage in treatment of orthodontic. MethodsA total of 92 patients who received orthodontic treatment were enrolled, and they were divided into control group and observation group according to the therapeutic regimen, with 46 cases in each group. The control group was treated with extraoral anchorage, while the observation group was treated with micro-implant anchorage. The orthodontic effect, masticatory efficiency and occlusal force, incidence of adverse reactions and satisfaction of patients were compared between the two groups. ResultsThe observation group yielded larger differences of dip angle and convex distance of upper central incisors, whereas a smaller displacement distance of molar as compared with the control group (all P<0.05). After treatment, the masticatory efficiency and occlusal force of both groups improved, and the indicators mentioned above of the observation group were superior to those of the control group (all P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 13.04%, which was lower than that in the control group (41.30%, P<0.05). The satisfaction of the observation group was 91.30%, which was higher than that of the control group (76.09%, P<0.05). ConclusionMicro-implant anchorage has a good orthodontic effect, high safety and satisfaction in patients in the treatment of orthodontic.
