目的分析低温等离子射频消融术治疗喉癌的效果及对嗓音声学功能恢复情况的影响。方法将74例喉癌患者随机分为对照组和研究组,各37例。对照组行传统喉裂开术治疗,研究组行低温等离子射频消融术治疗。对比两组疗效和临床指标,分析两组手术前后嗓音声学功能、术后并发症和复发情况。结果研究组患者治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(94.59% vs. 78.38%,P<0.05)。两组手术时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组住院时间和黏膜恢复时间均短于对照组,数字评分法(NRS)评分低于对照组(均P<0.05)。术后,两组基频(F0)、基频微扰(Jitter)、振幅微扰(Shimmer)和标准化噪声能量(NNE)值均下降,且研究组低于对照组(均P<0.05);两组谐噪比(HNR)均升高,且研究组高于对照组(均P<0.05)。研究组术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组半年复发情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论与传统喉裂开术相比,低温等离子射频消融术治疗喉癌患者疗效提升,临床指标改善和嗓音声学功能恢复更优,并发症减少,安全性提高。
ObjectiveTo analyze the effects of low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation in treating laryngeal carcinoma, and its effects on recovery of voice acoustic function. MethodsA total of 74 patients with laryngeal carcinoma were randomly assigned to control group and research group, with 37 cases in each group. The control group underwent traditional laryngofissure for treatment, whereas the research group underwent low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation. The efficacy and clinical indicators were compared between the two groups, the pre- and postoperative voice acoustic function, postoperative complications and recurrences were analyzed in the two groups. ResultsPatients in the research group obtained a significantly higher total effective rate of treatment as compared with the control group (94.59% vs. 78.38%, P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference of operation duration between the two groups (P>0.05). Compared to the control group, the research group yielded shorter hospital stays and mucosal recovery time, and a lower score of numeric rating scale (NRS) (all P<0.05). After operation, the values of fundamental frequency (F0), Jitter, Shimmer and normalized noise energy (NNE) decreased in both groups, and the values mentioned above were lower in the research group than in the control group (all P<0.05); in addition, the harmonic to noiseratio (HNR) increased in both groups, and the HNR was higher in the research group than in the control group (all P<0.05). The research group yielded a lower postoperative incidence of complications as compared with the control group (P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference of half-year recurrence between the two groups (P>0.05). ConclusionCompared with traditional laryngofissure, low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of patients with laryngeal carcinoma has a promoted efficacy, improved clinical indicators, and superior recovery of voice acoustic function, with reduced complications and higher safety.
