青春期男生Tanner分期与骨量关系的研究

目的探讨青春期男生Tanner分期与骨量的关系。方法调查柳州市区初一、初二年级健康男生共164名,年龄为12~17岁,平均为(14.63±0.95)岁,采用Tanner分期法把青春期男生的发育分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ期,运用双能量X线骨密度测量仪(DEXA)测量不同发育分期男生的全身骨密度(BMD)和全身骨矿物质含量(BMC),并对比分析。结果青春期男生的全身骨密度(BMD)和全身骨矿物质含量(BMC)Ⅳ期大于Ⅲ期(P<0.01),Ⅲ期大于Ⅱ期(P<0.01),Ⅱ期大于Ⅰ期(P<0.01),两两之间存在着显著的差异性,具有统计学意义。结论青春期健康男生Tanner分期与其全身骨量具有一定的相关性。
Objective To explore the relationship between Tanner stage of adolescent boys and bone mass. Methods 164 boys of first year and second year junior high school in Liuzhou City,aged 12 - 17 years old,were enrolled in our study,categorized as Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ stage according to Tanner stage method,and measured and compared bone mineral density ( BMD) and total bone mineral content ( BMC) of different Tanner stages by dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry measuring instrument ( DEXA) . Results Both BMD and BMC of adolescent schoolboy in Tanner stage Ⅳ were higher than those in Tanner stage Ⅲ, in stage Ⅲ higher than in stage Ⅱ,and in stage Ⅱ higher than in stage Ⅰ,all with statistical significance. Conclusions It seems that certain correlation between Tanner stage and total bone mass in healthy adolescent schoolboy might exist.
