目的探讨载药微球经导管动脉化疗栓塞(TACE)治疗肝癌的临床效果及其安全性。方法将126例接受TACE治疗的肝癌患者按照双色球法分为对照组和观察组,各63例。对照组给予传统TACE治疗,观察组给予载药微球TACE治疗。比较两组治疗效果和手术前后肝功能指标水平,分析术后不良反应和生存情况。结果观察组治疗效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。术后1周,两组总胆红素(TBIL)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)和凝血酶原时间(PT)水平均升高,观察组TBIL和ALT水平均低于对照组,AST和PT水平均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。术后3个月,两组生存率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后12个月,观察组生存率明显高于对照组,术后不良反应总发生率(4.76%)明显低于对照组(15.87%)(P<0.05)。结论载药微球TACE可显著提高肝癌患者近期疗效和远期生存率,改善肝功能,提高治疗安全性。
ObjectiveTo explore the clinical effect and safety of drug-loaded microspheres transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (TACE) for treating liver cancer. MethodsA total of 126 patients with liver cancer undergoing TACE therapy were assigned to control and observation groups by the double chromosphere method, with 63 cases in each group. The control group was administered conventional TACE, whereas the observation group was administered drug-loaded microspheres for treatment. The therapeutic effect and liver function indexes levels before and after surgery were compared, and the adverse reactions, as well as the survival status, were analyzed in the two groups. ResultsThe therapeutic effect in the observation group was significantly superior to that in the control group (P<0.05). One week after surgery, the levels of total bilirubin (TBIL), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), and prothrombin time (PT) of the two groups increased, and the observation group yielded lower levels of TBIL and ALT, but higher levels of AST and PT as compared with the control group (all P<0.05). Three months after surgery, there was no statistically significant difference in the survival rate between the two groups (P>0.05). Twelve months after surgery, the observation group yielded a higher survival rate, and a lower total incidence of adverse reactions as compared with the control group (4.76% vs. 15.87%, P<0.05). ConclusionDrug-loaded microspheres TACE can prominently increase the short-term efficacy and long-term survival rate of patients, improve liver function, and increase the safety of the treatment.
