目的探讨3D打印技术在Ruedi-AllgowerⅡ、Ⅲ型Pilon骨折手术治疗中的应用价值。方法将纳入Ruedi-AllgowerⅡ、Ⅲ型Pilon骨折的21例患者通过随机数字表法分为3D打印组(11例)和传统组(10例),其中3D打印组进行3D打印辅助手术,传统组进行传统手术。对比两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、关节面复位后的最大阶梯高度、骨折愈合时间、术后踝关节功能评分。结果3D打印组手术时间、术中出血量短/少于传统组,复位后的关节面最大阶梯高度低于传统组,术后踝关节功能评分高于传统组(均P<0.05);两组骨折愈合时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者均无组织坏死及感染发生。结论在Ruedi-AllgowerⅡ、Ⅲ型Pilon骨折治疗中,利用3D打印技术辅助手术,有利于缩短手术时间,减少术中出血量,关节功能恢复更优。
ObjectiveTo investigate the application value of 3D printing technology in the surgical treatment of Ruedi-Allgower typeⅡand Ⅲ Pilon fracture. MethodsTwenty-one patients with Ruedi-Allgower typeⅡand Ⅲ Pilon fracture were divided into 3D printing group (11 cases) and traditional group (10 cases) by the random number table method. Among them, the 3D printing group employed 3D printing to assist surgery, while the traditional group underwent traditional surgery. Operation duration, intraoperative blood loss, maximum step height after articular surface reduction, fracture healing time, and postoperative ankle function scores were compared between the two groups. ResultsCompared to the traditional group, the 3D printing group obtained shorter operation duration, less intraoperative blood loss, lower maximum step height after articular surface reduction, and higher postoperative ankle function scores (all P<0.05). However, there was no statistically significant difference in fracture healing time between the two groups (P>0.05). No tissue necrosis or infection occurred in the two groups. ConclusionEmploying 3D printing technology to assist surgery can shorten operation duration, reduce intraoperative blood loss, and achieve superior recovery of joint function in the treatment of Ruedi-Allgower typeⅡand Ⅲ Pilon fracture.
