目的探讨CT引导下微波消融(MWA)治疗下肢骨样骨瘤的安全性及疗效。方法回顾性分析行CT引导MWA治疗的7例下肢骨样骨瘤患者的临床资料。在局麻下经CT引导,用骨穿针穿刺建立工作通道,将消融针精准插入瘤巢中心,消融参数设为50 W,持续6 min。术前、术后用疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)法评估临床疗效。结果7例患者术后患者VAS评分下降,疼痛得到不同程度缓解,均未见严重并发症。1例患者伤口延迟愈合,经抗生素、局部换药后完全愈合。结论CT引导下经皮MWA治疗下肢骨样骨瘤安全、有效。
ObjectiveTo investigate the safety and efficacy of CT-guided microwave ablation (MWA) in the treatment of osteoid osteoma of lower extremity. MethodsThe clinical data of 7 patients with osteoid osteoma of lower extremity undergoing CT-guided MWA were analyzed retrospectively. Under local anesthesia and guided by CT, bone puncture needle were used to establish working channel, then the ablation needle was precisely inserted into the center of tumor nest with the ablation parameters set as 50 W, lasting for 6 minutes. The visual analogue scale (VAS) was employed to evaluate the clinical efficacy before and after the operation. ResultsFor all 7 patients, the VAS score decreased, and the pain was relieved in different degrees, with no serious complication observed. One patient exhibited as delayed union of the wound, but completely healed after antibiotics employing and local dressing change. ConclusionCT-guided MWA is safe and effective for ostoeid osteoma of lower extremity.
