ObjectiveTo explore the effect of laparoscopic surgery on the quality of life and body′s immune function in the patients with gastric stromal tumor. MethodsThirty patients with gastric stromal tumor were enrolled as objects, and were divided into observation group and control group using random number table, with 15 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional open surgery, and the observation group was treated with laparoscopic tumorectomy. The operative condition, incident rate of postoperative complications, quality of life and body′s immune function were compared between the patients in the two groups. ResultsThe duration of operation, hospital stay, intraoperative blood loss and incident rate of complications in the observation group were less than those in the control group(all P＜0.05). The positive rates of CD3+ cells and CD4+ cells and the CD4+/CD8+ ratio were higher, but the positive rate of CD8+ cells was lower in the observation group compared to the control group（all P＜0.05）. After operation, the scores of Karnofsky scale (KPS) significantly increased in both groups, and the KPS score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(all P＜0.05). ConclusionFor treating gastric stromal tumor, laparoscopic surgery has the advantages of less trauma, fast postoperative recovery and high safety, and has little effect on body′s immune function, and can improve the postoperative life quality of patients.
