目的对比SmartTouch压力导管与普通冷盐水灌注Navistar导管进行阵发性房颤导管消融的临床效果。方法选取98例房颤患者,根据患者的自愿选择,分为对照组(采用Navista导管)和试验组(采用SmartTouch压力导管)各49例。两组均在Carto3三维标测系统下进行双侧肺静脉隔离。收集两组的一般资料、手术时间、X线曝光时间、肺静脉隔离时间、左房建模时间、射频消融时间并进行比较分析。观察术后并发症情况,随访两组术后3个月、6个月、1年复发率。结果两组手术时间、肺静脉隔离时间、左房建模时间、射频消融时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组X线曝光时间少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后,两组均未出现心脏压塞等导管相关的严重并发症;术后3个月时,两组复发率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后半年、1年,试验组复发率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论SmartTouch压力感应导管能减少手术X线曝光时间,降低手术复发率,值得推广应用。
ObjectiveTo compare the clinical efficacy between SmartTouch pressure catheter and ordinary Thermocool NaviStar catheter for radiofrequency ablation of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation. MethodsNinety-eight patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation were enrolled. Based on the the principle of patients′ voluntariness, the patients were divided into control group (using NaviStar catheter) and experimental group (using SmartTouch pressure catheter), with 49 cases in each group. Both groups received bilateral pulmonary vein isolation under the Carto3 three-dimensional mapping system. The general data and the durations of operation, X-ray exposure,pulmonary vein isolation, left atrium modeling and radiofrequency ablation were collected and were compared between the two groups. The postoperative complications were observed. The 3-month, 6-month and 1-year recurrence rates were followed up. ResultsThere were no significant differences in the durations of operation, pulmonary vein isolation, left atrium modeling and radiofrequency ablation between the two groups(P>0.05). The duration of X-ray exposure was shorter in the experimental group compared to the control group (P<0.05). Severe catheter-related complications (such as cardiac tamponade) did not occurred in both groups after operation. At 3 months after operation, there was no significant difference in the recurrence rate between the two groups(P>0.05). At 6 months and 1year after operation, the recurrence rates of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(all P<0.05). ConclusionSmartTouch pressure-sensitive catheter can reduce the duration of surgical X-ray and the recurrence rate, and is worthy of promotion and application.
