目的评价高频彩色超声对女性乳腺导管内乳头状瘤的诊断价值。方法选取经病理诊断为乳腺导管内乳头状瘤患者40例（共43个病变）的高频彩色超声图文报告，记录其超声下特征与超声表现，与病理诊断结果对比。结果高频彩色超声诊断Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型、Ⅲ型、Ⅳ型及Ⅴ型乳腺导管内乳头状瘤的诊断符合率分别为93.75%（15/16）、84.61%（11/13）、75.00%（3/4）、75.00%（3/4）、66.67%（4/6）。结论高频彩色超声对乳腺导管内乳头状瘤，特别是Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型乳腺导管内乳头状瘤的诊断符合率高且误差小，是本病的重要诊断方法，可作为其首选诊断手段。

ObjectiveTo evaluate the diagnostic value of high frequency color ultrasound for female intraductal papilloma of the breast. MethodsThe color ultrasonic reports of 40 patients (43 lesions ) pathologically diagnosed as intraductal papilloma of the breast were collected. The ultrasonic characteristics and findings were recorded and compared with the pathological results. ResultsThe diagnostic coincidence of high frequency color ultrasound for type I,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ and Ⅴ of intraductal papilloma of the breast were 93.75%（15/16）, 84.61%（11/13）, 75.00%（3/4）, 75.00%（3/4）and 66.67%（4/6） respectively. ConclusionHigh frequency color ultrasound obtains a high diagnostic coincidence and small diagnostic error for intraductal papilloma of the breast , especially for type I and II. It is an important diagnostic method and can be used as the first diagnostic choice for intraductal papilloma of the breast.
