【摘要】目的对近视眼患者配戴硬性透气性接触镜(RGPCL)后残余像差对视觉质量的影响进行分析。方法近视眼患者46例(87只眼),均配戴RGPCL进行视力矫正。配戴3个月内,采用自适应光学系统在4 mm直径人工瞳孔下测量和矫正RGPCL配戴眼的残余像差,同时对2、4、8、16、32cpd五个空间频率下MTF值、CSF值等指标进行统计分析,并评价配戴RGPCL后残余像差对视觉质量的影响。结果与配戴RGPCL残余像差矫正前相比,矫正后患者近视眼总像差RMS值、总低阶像差RMS值、总高阶像差RMS值到明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且配戴RGPCL残余像差矫正后近视眼在各个空间频率下的MTF值均有明显提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。但残余像差矫正前后CSF值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论硬性透气性接触镜在4 mm瞳孔直径下通过自适应光学系统矫正可以减小残余像差,获得理想的视觉质量。
【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo analyze the effect of residual aberration on visual quality after wearing rigid gas permeable contact lens (RGPCL) in patients with myopia. MethodsA total of 46 patients (87 eyes) who aged 12~25 years received vision correction by wearing RGPLC. Within 3 months after wearing, residual aberration measurement and correction of wearing RGPCL were performed using adaptive optics system at artificial pupil diameter of 4 mm, modulation transfer function (MTF) and contrast sensitivity function (CSF) were statistically analyzed under 5 spatial frequencies(2, 4, 8, 16 and 32 cpd) at the same time. The effect of residual aberration on visual quality after wearing RGPCL was evaluated. ResultsThe root mean square(RMS) of total aberration, total lowerorder aberration and total higherorder aberration decreased significantly in the myopic eyes of patients compared to the values before correction with RGPCL. MTF of the myopic eyes under each spatial frequency increased significantly after correction with RGPCL(P<0.05). There was no significant difference between CSF before and after residual aberration correction(P>0.05).ConclusionRGPCL can reduce the residual aberration and can achieve satisfied visual quality by adaptive optical system correction at pupil diameter of 4 mm.
