【摘要】目的研究超声引导下射频消融治疗神经瘤性肢体残端痛的临床疗效。方法对15例神经瘤性肢体残端痛患者进行超声引导下射频消融治疗，比较观察治疗前后患者疼痛VAS评分及瘤体直径大小的变化。结果15例患者经治疗后，疼痛VAS评分较术前明显减少，瘤体直径较术前明显缩小，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在超声引导下应用射频消融术治疗神经瘤性肢体残端痛临床效果好、创伤小、恢复快，值得临床推广。

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical efficacy of ultrasoundguided radiofrequency ablation (RFA) in the treatment of neuromarelated limb residual pain. MethodsFifteen patients with neuromarelated limb residual pain underwent ultrasoundguided RFA. The changes of Visual Analogue Scale(VAS) and tumor diameter before and after treatment were observed and compared. ResultsIn the 15 patients, the VAS scores significantly decreased and tumor diameter significantly reduced after operation compared to the preoperative levels(P＜0.05). ConclusionUltrasoundguided RFA obtains a good clinical efficacy, less trauma and fast recovery for neuromarelated limb residual pain, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
