【摘要】目的评价护牙素治疗龈下刮治所致牙本质敏感的临床疗效，并探讨其作用机制。方法将116例（464颗患牙）龈下刮治所致的牙本质敏感患者随机分为治疗组（60例，240颗患牙）和对照组（56例，224颗患牙），治疗组采用GC护牙素进行脱敏治疗，对照组不进行任何脱敏治疗。观察治疗后1周、1个月的VAS评分、CI值及DI值。结果治疗后1周，治疗组的VAS值显著降低，与对照组比较，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗后1个月，治疗组与对照组VAS值均降低，二者比较差异统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论GC护牙素在龈下刮治后早期可以起到缓解牙本质敏感的作用。

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo evaluate the clinical efficacy of tooth mousse for treating dentine hypersensitivity caused by subgingival scaling. MethodsA total of 116 patients (464 teeth ) with dentin hypersensitivity caused by subgingival scaling were randomly divided into treatment group (n=60, 240 teeth) and control group (n=56, 224teeth). Desensitization with GC tooth mousse was performed in the treatment group and no desensitization was performed in the control group. The VAS, CI value and DI value were observed after one week and one month of treatment. ResultsAfter one week of treatment, the VAS of the treatment group significantly decreased, and there was statistical difference between the two group（P＜0.05）. After one month of treatment, the VAS of the treatment group and the control group decreased, but no significant difference was found between the two groups（P＞0.05）. ConclusionGC tooth mousse can relieve the dentin hypersensitivity in the early stage after subgingival scaling.
