超声骨刀在磨牙截根术中的临床应用

目的探讨超声骨刀在磨牙截根术中的临床应用效果。方法将70例牙周/牙槽脓肿患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组35例,观察组使用超声骨刀行截根治疗,对照组采用骨凿等传统器械手术治疗。比较两组的手术时间、面部肿胀情况、张口受限及术后疗效。结果观察组手术时间为(31.45±4.19)min,对照组为(45.26±4.31)min,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组面部肿胀率为(38.22±6.23)%,低于对照组的(54.26±7.41)%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组张口受限为(10.32±2.04)mm,低于对照组的(18.16±3.12)mm,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组成功率为94.3%(33/35);对照组成功率为88.6%(31/35),两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论超声骨刀的使用可简化术者的操作,降低手术并发症。
ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effect of piezosurgery in molar root amputation. MethodA total of 70 patients with periodontal/alveolar abscess were divided into two groups, 35 patients in each group. Patients in observation group were treated with molar root amputation using piezosurgery; patients in control group were treated with surgery using conventional instrument. The surgery time, facial swelling, restriction of mouth opening and postoperative effect were compared between the two groups. ResultThe surgery time of the observation group was (31.45 ±4.19)min, shorter than (45.26±4.31)min of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The facial swelling rate after surgery in the observation group was (38.22±6.23)%, lower than (54.26±7.41)% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The restriction of mouth opening in observation group was (10.32±2.04)mm, lower than (18.16±3.12)mm in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The postoperative effects were compared between observation group and control group. The success rate in the observation group was 94.3% (33/35); the success rate in the control group was 88.6%(31/35). There was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). ConclusionThe root amputation with piezosurgery can simplify the operation and effectively reduce operative complications.
