目的探讨微波消融术联合传统开放手术治疗甲状腺结节的临床效果。方法选择甲状腺结节患者23例，均接受微波消融术联合传统开放手术治疗。结果本组病例全部治愈。术中无血管神经损伤，无抽搐、无甲状腺功能低下等并发症。术后随访1个月至2年，微波消融的甲状腺结节体积均有不同程度缩小；开刀手术侧甲状腺术后超声检查未探及结节及包块。无复发及甲状腺功能低下。结论微波消融术联合传统开放手术治疗甲状腺结节效果确切，值得临床推广应用。

ObjectiveTo explore the clinical effect of microwave ablation combined with traditional open surgery in the treatment of thyroid nodules. MethodsA total of 23 patients with thyroid nodules were chose and treated with microwave ablation combined with traditional open surgery. ResultsAll cases were cured in our study. There were no complications such as vascular nerve injury, convulsion and hypothyroidism. Patients were followed up for 1 month to 2 years. The volume of thyroid nodules were reduced in different degrees after microwave ablation；After thyroid surgery, nodules and mass was not detected by ultrasonography. There was no recurrence and hypothyroidism. ConclusionMicrowave ablation combined with traditional open surgery in the treatment of thyroid nodules is effective and worthy of clinical promotion.
