ObjectiveTo investigate nursing emphasis during the perioperative period of Hybrid surgery in patients with the tetralogy o f Fallot complicated with aortopulmonary collateral circulation. MethodsSix patients of tetralogy of Fallot with aortopulmonary collateral circulation were performed with the intraoperative and postoperative care and discharge guidance. ResultsAll 6 patients were discharged smoothly, without pleural effusion, pulmonary perfusion, low cardiac output, or other postoperative complications. ConclusionThe application of Hybrid operation in the tetralogy of Fallot with aortopulmonary collateral circulation reduces the difficulty of operation, simplifies the surgical procedure, and improves the success rate of the surgery. Beyond that, it also relieves the patients` pain, shortens hospitalization time, and improves outcomes and nursing quality. Its nursing care dif fers with that of conventional tetralogy of Fallot, but its overall difficulty decreases
