微创环钻隧道式取髂骨法在自体植骨术中的应用

目的探讨创伤小、操作简便、并发症少的髂骨取骨方法。方法对65例需要植骨的患者采用“微创环钻隧道式”法钻取髂骨移植治疗。结果患者取骨量4.5~9.5 mL,平均(6.2±1.2)mL;所有患者均获随访,时间10~27个月。供区无感染、髂骨骨折、腹疝、麻木等并发症。髋关节活动良好,受区均获得骨性愈合,时间3~7个月。结论微创环钻隧道式取骨操作简便、出血少、并发症少,当受区所需移植骨量不大且植骨形状无特殊要求时,该方法值得临床推广应用。
ObjectiveTo look for a way of iliac bone graft with less invasive, simple and less complications. Methods65 patients needed bone grafting were treated with the iliac bone drilled by the way of “minimally invasive tunnel with trephine (MITT)”. ResultsThis group of patients bone taking mass were 4.5-9.5 mL[(6.2±1.2) mL].Both patients were followed up for 10 to 27 months. No infection, iliac fractures, abdominal hernia, numbness and other complications were found at donor site. The hip joint is good,and receptive area obtained bone union after 3 to 7 months. ConclusionsMITT took simple operation, less bleeding and fewer complications, while receptive area has no special requirements about volume and shape of drilling ilium, it is a recommendable treatment method in clinical.
