ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of homemade hernia needle in laparoscopic hernia sac high ligation in the treatment of pediatric inguinal hernia. MethodsAfter making a 2 mm incision in the skin of the upper edge of the inner rim of the hernia,160 cases with oblique inguinal hernia were treated by laparoscopic hernia sac high ligation,using Homemade hernia needle(Diameter 1.5 mm, kirschner wire, the front end of the kirschner wire was milled sharp and drilled holes in the 7 thread). ResultsBoth 160 cases were successfully operated, no conversion to open surgery; postoperative follow-up was carried out for 1 years, recurrence in 1 cases, 2 cases of line node reaction. ConclusionsHomemade hernia needle laparoscopic hernia sac ligation in the treatment of pediatric inguinal hernia with small trauma, quick recovery and less complication, easy to operate, it is worthy of clinical application.
