目的探讨高频超声在良恶性乳腺疾病微小钙化灶诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析经病理确诊的96例乳腺疾病患者的临床资料,其中良性乳腺疾病57例分为良性组,恶性乳腺疾病39例为恶性组。比较两组患者微小钙化灶的特征。结果良性组微小钙化灶形态以圆或椭圆形为主(75.44%),恶性组以不规则形态为主(84.62%),两组形态构成比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);良性组微小钙化灶边界清晰者为87.72%,明显高于恶性组的17.95%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);良性组经超声显示内部钙化率为42.11%,明显低于恶性组的82.05%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);良性组无钙化者为52.63%,明显高于恶性组的10.26%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论良性乳腺疾病与恶性乳腺疾病相比,其微小钙化灶形态大部分为圆形或椭圆形、边界清晰、内部回声均匀,利用高频超声能有效检出乳腺内微小钙化灶,对乳腺癌的诊断有重要临床价值。
ObjectiveTo explore the application value of high frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast diseases. MethodsA total of 96 cases of patients with breast diseases confirmed by pathology were analyzed retrospectively, including 57 cases of benign breast diseases(benign group) and 39 cases of malignant breast diseases(malignant group). The characteristics of microcalcifications were compared between the two groups. ResultsIn the benign group, the shape of microcalcifications were mainly round or oval (75.44%), and in the malignant group were dominated by irregular shape (84.62%), the difference between the shape of microcalcifications were statistically significant (P<0.05). The clearness rate of boundary of microcalcifications in benign group was 87.72%, significantly higher than 17.95% in the malignant group, there was statistically significant (P<0.05); Ultrasound showed that internal calcification accounted for 42.11% in the benign group which was lower than 82.05% in the malignant group, there was statistically significant(P<0.05). The proportion of non-calcification in the benign group (52.63%) was significantly higher than that in the malignant group (10.26%),there was statistically significant (P<0.05). ConclusionCompared with the malignant breast diseases, the microcalcifications in benign breast diseases are round or oval, with clear boundaries and homogeneous internal echo. High frequency ultrasound can effectively detect microcalcifications in the breast, which has important clinical value in the diagnosis of breast cancer.
