ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of continuous blood purification therapy on immune function in patients with severe sepsis. Methods30 cases of patients with severe sepsis received continuous blood purification treatment. 24 h later, blood routine examination, immunoglobulin detection, blood gas analysis and blood coagulation function, acute physiology and chronic health score was examine and recorded. ResultsIn the process of continuous blood purification treatment, the hemodynamics of 30 patients were maintained at stability. 24 h after treatment, the heart rate, respiratory rate and body temperature were decreased, the clinical symptoms improved. 48 h later, the acute physiology and chronic health scores decreased significantly, the clinical symptoms were improved significantly. Before and 48 h after therapy, the immune function parameters of the patients were significantly increased (P＜0.05). ConclusionContinuous blood purification treatment in patients with severe sepsis, can improve immune function, reduce inflammation, stabilize internal environment, and is conducive to the prognosis of patients.
