目的探讨可吸收螺钉与金属螺钉两种固定方法在治疗关节内骨折的临床疗效。方法将四肢关节内骨折患者105例按随机数字表分为A组52例和B组53例,均采用克氏针临时固定,垂直于骨折线钻取螺钉,根据骨折部位、骨折块大小选择合适型号的螺钉,A组患者选用可吸收螺钉,B组患者选用金属挤压螺钉。术后给予石膏外固定2~3周,拆除石膏后指导患者功能锻炼。比较两组疗效。结果采用患者平均随访11.6个月,可吸收螺钉组的X线评价结果和临床疗效均优于金属螺钉组。结论采用可吸收螺钉治疗关节内骨折疗效可靠、创伤小,临床疗效优于金属螺钉。
ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effects of absorbable screws and metal screws in the treatment of intra-articular fractures. MethodsA totol of 105 patients with intra-articular fractures of the extremities were divided into group A(52 cases) and group B(53 cases) according to the random number table. All the patients were temporarily fixed with the needle, then according to the location of fracture, the size of the fracture block to select the appropriate type of screws.Patientsin group A were treated with absorbable screws, and patients in group B were metal screws. ResultsAll the patients were followed up for an average of 11.6 months, the results showed that the X-ray evaluation and clinical efficacy of absorbable screws were better than that of the metal screws (P<0.05). ConclusionAbsorbable screws in the treatment of intra-articular fractures are reliable, less trauma, and the clinical efficacy is better than that of metal screw.
