目的总结人造血管内瘘术的临床应用及并发症情况。方法对不能进行自体动静脉瘘的4例尿毒症患者行人造血管内瘘术,观察其临床应用情况及并发症。结果4例患者顺利建立人造血管内瘘,其中1例患者术后切口严重感染,术肢肿胀明显,术后3个月出现内瘘血栓,予切除人造血管;3例患者术后术肢轻微肿胀,术后3~4周消失,30~35 d后使用内瘘进行血液透析,流量250~350 ml/min。结论人造血管内瘘术是良好的血液透析血管通路,术后易出现感染、血栓形成、术肢肿胀等并发症。
ObjectiveTo evaluate the usage and complication of artificial vessel arteriovenous fistula as the blood access using in maintanance hemodialysis(MHD) patients. MethodsFour uremic patients undertook grafts fistulas in upper arms as the blood access to hemodialysis(HD). The application and complications were observed. ResultsFour patients successfully establish artificial vascular fistula. There was severe infection of incisional wound,and thrombosis 3 months after operation in 1 patient,and then the artificial graft was removed. There was limb swelling in 3 patients,swelling disappeared 3 or 4 weeks later. The fistula could be use to perform HD 30 or 35 days after operation with a blood flow of 250-350 mL/min. ConclusionArteriovenous graft is a good vascular access for hemodialysis,and the main complications are infection,thrombosis,limb swelling and so on.
