目的探讨保证婴儿核素99mTc-EHIDA肝胆动态显像质量和技术的关键。方法通过对该院核医学科2005年1月至2015年12月共763例婴儿核素 99mTc-EHIDA肝胆动态显像图像的回顾性分析,探讨保证婴儿核素 99mTc-EHIDA肝胆动态显像质量和技术的关键。结果保证婴儿核素 99mTc-EHIDA肝胆动态显像质量和技术的关键,包括肝胆动态显像前的准备、显像剂的制备与质量要求、SPECT的质量控制和图像采集、图像的正确分析与处理、技术人员对于质量管理意识的提高等。结论必须严格按照操作规范,严把显像操作中的每一个环节,减少技术差错,不断提高婴儿肝胆动态显像的质量,才能更好地为诊断医师提供高质量的影像信息。
ObjectiveTo investigate and ensure the quality of the key technology of the infant’s liver and gallbladder dynamic imaging with nuclide 99mTc-EHIDA. MethodsWith a retrospective analysis of 763 cases of infant’s liver and gallbladder dynamic images with nuclide 99mTc-EHIDA from January 2005 to December 2015 in Affiliated Tumor Hospital of Guangxi Medical University, we intend to investigate the key technology of the quality of the infant’s liver and gallbladder dynamic imaging with nuclide 99Tcm-EHIDA. ResultsThere’are many aspects relate to the quality of key technology of baby hepatobiliary dynamic imaging with nuclide 99mTc-EHIDA. Such as, the preparation of hepatobiliary dynamic imaging; preparation and quality of imaging agent; quality control and image acquisition by SPECT; correct image analysis and processing; improvement of quality management awareness of technical staff. ConclusionIt’s nessesary to obey the rule of operation strictly during the nuclear medicine work. Reducing the mistakes of technology and continuously improving the quality of the baby hepatobiliary dynamic imaging , which in order to provide doctors with higher quality of image information to diagnosis.
