目的分析腹腔镜下甲状腺次全切除术的临床疗效及安全性。方法将163例甲状腺疾病患者根据具体手术方式分为对照组和试验组，对照组79例采用传统开放性甲状腺切除手术治疗；试验组84例采用腹腔镜甲状腺次全切除术治疗。比较两组手术时间、出血量、引流量、VAS评分和并发症发生率。结果试验组的手术时间为（134.52±30.14）min、对照组为（128.78±33.21）min；试验组出血量为（37.08±16.31）mL、对照组为（56.71±22.69）mL；试验组术后引流量为（53.86±20.07）mL、对照组为（86.64±24.61）mL，试验组的手术时间长于对照组；试验组出血量、术后引流量优于对照组，两组比较，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；应用VAS视觉模拟评分对患者的疼痛程度进行评价，试验组VAS评分为（3.52±1.08）分、对照组为（3.69±1.45）分，试验组VAS评分与对照组差异小，两组比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；两组患者术后瘀斑、声音嘶哑等并发症的发生率差异较小，两组比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论腹腔镜甲状腺次全切除术治疗甲状腺疾病具有疗效可靠、创伤小、美容效果好等特点，有助于患者康复，具有较高的临床应用价值。

ObjectiveTo analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of laparoscopic subtotal thyroidectomy. MethodA total of 163 cases with thyroid diseases were divided into control group and experimental group according to the specific operation method. Patients in the control group(79 cases) were treated with conventional open thyroidectomy, and patients in the experimental group(84 cases) were treated with laparoscopic subtotal thyroidectomy. The operation time, bleeding volume, bleeding volume, VAS score and complication rate were compared between the two groups. ResultOperation time of the experimental group was longer than that of the control group;the bleeding volume and the postoperative lead flow rate in the experimental group were less than that of control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P＜0.05). The VAS score of the experimental group was (3.52±1.08), and the control group was (3.69±1.45), there was no significant difference between the two groups (P＞0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups (P＞0.05). ConclusionLaparoscopic subtotal thyroidectomy for thyroid disease has a reliable curative effect, less trauma, good cosmetic results and other characteristics, it can help patients recover, with high clinical application value.
