目的探讨膝关节镜下关节清理微骨折技术结合去神经化治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法单侧膝骨性关节炎患者60例,随机均分为接受膝关节镜下关节清理微骨折技术治疗的对照组和联合应用膝关节镜下关节清理微骨折技术和去神经化治疗的观察组各30例,对比两组治疗前、治疗12周后膝关节功能及术后6个月临床疗效。结果两组患者手术均成功,术后未见明显并发症。治疗前两组膝关节评分接近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗12周后与治疗前对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗12周后观察组评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后6个月临床疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论膝关节镜下关节清理微骨折技术结合去神经化治疗膝骨性关节炎效果确切,值得推广应用。
ObjectiveTo explore the clinical efficacy of arthroscopic debridement and micro fracture combined with denervation on the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. MethodsA total of 60 patients with unilateral knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into control group and observation group,30 cases in each group. The control group were treated with arthroscopic debridement and micro fracture surgery; and the observation group were treated with arthroscopic debridement and micro fracture combined with denervation. The clinical effects of two groups before treatment, 12 weeks after treatment and 6 months after surgery were compared. ResultsBoth the surgery of the two groups were operated successfully, and no complications were found. Before treatment, there were no significant difference between the knee scores of the two groups (P>0.05). 12 weeks after treatment, both the knee scores of the two groups were decreased, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); The knee scores of the observation group were lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05) . 6 months after operation, the clinical efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). ConclusionUsing arthroscopic debridement and micro fracture combined with denervation to treat knee osteoarthritis is effective and worthy of promotion.
