目的探讨鼻内镜下泪囊鼻内造孔术治疗慢性泪囊炎的临床效果。方法56例（62眼）慢性泪囊炎患者,采用鼻内镜下泪囊鼻内造孔术治疗，术后用曲安奈德喷鼻剂喷鼻，用庆大霉素、地塞米松进行泪道冲洗。结果治愈50例（54眼），好转4例（6眼），无效2例（2眼），总有效率为96.77%（60/62）。结论泪囊鼻内造孔术治疗慢性泪囊炎效果良好，值得临床推广应用。

ObjectiveTo explore the clinical effect of dacryocystorhinostomy under endoscopy in the treatment of chronic dacryocystitis. MethodsA total of 56 patients(62 eyes) with chronic dacryocystitis, were given dacryocystorhinostomy under endoscopy treatment，and triamcinolone acetonide nasal spray was used to sprinkle the nasal cavity, with gentamycin and dexamethasone for lacrimal passages. Results50 cases (54 eyes) were cured, 4 cases (6 eyes) were improved, 2 cases (2 eyes) were ineffective, the total effective rate was 96.77% (60/62). ConclusionThe effect of dacryocystorhinostomy under endoscopy in the treatment of chronic dacryocystitis is good, it is worthy of clinical application.
