目的探讨射频联合臭氧髓核消融术治疗颈腰椎椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法将88例颈腰椎椎间盘突出症患者分为观察组及对照组，每组44例。对照组采用射频热凝技术治疗，观察组采用射频热凝技术联合臭氧髓核消融术治疗。对比两组疗效及并发症发生率。结果观察组疗效明显优于对照组，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组治疗有效率为90.91%（40/44），对照组有效率为72.73%（32/44），两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组并发症发生率为2.27%（1/44），对照组并发症发生率为6.82%（3/44），两组比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论采用射频联合臭氧髓核消融术治疗颈腰椎椎间盘突出症，效果良好，具有临床应用价值。

ObjectiveTo explore the therapeutic effect of radio frequency combined with ozone nucleus pulposus ablation in treatment of cervical and lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion. MethodsEighty-eight patients with cervical and lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion were divided into observation group and control group, 44 cases in each group.The patients of control group were treated with radio frequency coagulation therapy, and the patients of observation group were treated with radio frequency coagulation combined with ozone nucleus pulposus ablation. The efficacy and complication rate were compared between two groups after treatment. ResultsThe curative effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). The effective rate of observation group was 90.91% (40/44), the control group was 72.73% (32/44), the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). The incidence rate of complications in the observation group was 2.27% (1/44), the control group was 6.82% (3/44), the difference was not statistically significant (P＞0.05). ConclusionsThe therapeutic effect of radio frequency combined with ozone nucleus pulposus ablation in the treatment of cervical and lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion are good, and have clinical application value.
