目的研究针刺对肥胖大鼠Lee’s指数、胰岛素、瘦素、细胞因子信号抑制剂3(SOCS3)水平的影响,探讨针刺减肥的作用机制。方法取大鼠70只,分别用普通饲料(10只)和高脂饲料(60只)喂养8周后,高脂饮食大鼠中共47只体重超过普通饲料大鼠平均体重的20%,从中随机30只,分为模型对照组、非特定穴位针刺组(非特针组)、特定穴位针刺组(特针组),每组10只,行连续4周干预后,采用酶联免疫法检测大鼠血清瘦素、胰岛素以及SOCS3含量。结果①高脂饮食诱导的大鼠体重、Lee’s指数、血清瘦素、胰岛素、SOCS3均显著升高,明显高于正常对照组;②与模型对照组比较,经针刺治疗后,非特针组及特针组大鼠体重及Lee’s指数均降低,血清瘦素、胰岛素、SOCS3均明显下降。结论针刺能显著改善高脂诱导肥胖大鼠的体质量增加、Lee’s指数,其机制可能与改善SOCS3、降低瘦素和胰岛素水平有关。
ObjectiveTo study the influence of acupuncture treatment on Lee’s index and concentration of insulin,serum leptin,SOCS3 of obesity rats,aimed to explore the mechanism of acupuncture on the treatment of obesity. Methodsseventy SD rats were recruited in our study. Ten rats were fed with normal diet,when sixty rats were fed with high-fat diet for 8 weeks.Thirty rats were selected randomly from 47 rats whose weight were 20% higher than that of the rats fed with normal diet,and then 30 rats were divided into model control group, nonspecific acupoint group,specific acupoint group,ten in each group. After 4 weeks of treatment, the concentration of serum leptin, insulin and SOCS3 was detected by Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. ResultsThe body weight, Lee’s Index, concentration of serum leptin, insulin and SOCS3 of rats fed with high-fat diet increased significantly and higher than that of the control group.Compared with the control group and model group, the body weight, the Lee’s index, and concentration of serum leptin, insulin, and SOCS3 in nonspecific acupoint group and specific acupoint group both reduced significantly after acupuncture treatment. ConclusionAcupuncture can significantly improve the body weight and Lee’s index of obesity rats induced by high-fat diet, the mechanism may be related to the improvement of SOCS3, reduction the level of leptin and insulin.
