传统超声乳化与扭动型超声乳化在硬核白内障手术中的对比观察

目的对比观察传统型超声乳化与扭动型超声乳化在硬核白内障手术中的应用效果。方法按就诊顺序将60例(60只眼)Ⅳ~Ⅴ级核的单纯老年性白内障患者随机分为传统组和扭动组,每组30眼。传统组用传统型超声行白内障乳化术,扭动组用扭动型超声行白内障乳化术。两组均采用11点透明角膜缘切口,3.2 mm kelmam乳化针头,比较两组超声乳化时间(UST)、累计释放能量(CDE)、术后第1天、1周、1月最佳矫正视力(BVCA)、切口和中央角膜水肿程度。结果两组UST和BVCA差异无统计学意义;扭动组CDE、切口和中央角膜水肿程度小于传统组,差异有统计学意义。结论在硬核的白内障手术中,扭动型超声乳化手术效率更高,对角膜损伤更小。
ObjectiveTo compare the efficiency between torsional and conventional mode phacoemulsification in hard cataracts. MethodSixty patients (60 eyes) with Ⅳ~Ⅴ grade nucleus age related cataract were divided randomly into two groups: 30 eyes for each group, one group were performed with torsional mode phacoemulsification, and the other with conventional mode phacoemulsification. Both had an incision on 11 o′clock position of transparent corneal limbus and used a 3.2mm Kelmam emulsification needle. Ultrasound time (UST ) , cumulative dissipated energy (CDE), the best corrected visual acuity (BCVA) 1, 7, and 30 days after operation, and the incision and central corneal thickness were measured and compared between the two groups. ResultsThere was no statistical difference in UST or BVCA between the two groups. Both CDE and incision and central corneal thickness were less in the torsional group than in the conventional group ( all P<0. 05 ). ConclusionFor hard cataract phacoemulsification, the torsional mode is more efficient and safer than the conventional mode.
