目的设计一种适合留置尿管患者穿着的病号裤，探讨其在临床上的应用效果。方法将60例泌尿外科术后需留置尿管的病人，随机分为观察组与对照组各30例，观察组使用新设计的留置尿管患者病号裤（以下简称改良病号裤），对照组使用医院目前普通的常规使用病号裤，比较两组使用效果。结果组患者病号裤的满意度、舒适度、方便活动度、保护隐私方面均优于普通组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论改良病号裤舒适、美观，方便活动，保护了患者的隐私，临床应用效果好。

ObjectiveTo design a kind of trousers for the patients who was indwelling urinary catheter and investigate the clinical application effect. Methods60 patients indwelling urinary catheter after the urology surgery operation were divided into two groups(Observation group and control group),30 patients in each group.The patients of observation group worn the meliorated trousers,when the patients of control group worn the traditional trousers.The application effect between two groups were compared after intervention. ResultThe degree of satisfaction, comfort,convenience and privacy protecting were better than that of the control group; there was significant difference(P＜0.05). ConclusionsThe meliorated trousers are comfortable,beautiful and convenient.It’s well for protecting the patient′s privacy.There are good clinical effect.
