微创经皮锁定钢板内固定治疗四肢骨折的临床观察

目的对比微创经皮锁定钢板内固定与常规钢板内固定治疗四肢骨折的疗效。方法将115例四肢骨折患者分为观察组60例与对照组55例,观察组患者接受微创经皮锁定钢板内固定治疗,对照组患者接受常规钢板内固定治疗,对比两组疗效。结果观察组手术时间、术中出血量、术后住院时间及切口感染、骨不连、关节僵硬等并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组骨折愈合情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论微创经皮锁定钢板内固定治疗四肢骨折具有手术创伤小、术后恢复快、并发症发生率低等诸多优点,可有效改善骨折愈合效果。
ObjectiveTo compare the curative effect of minimally invasive percutaneous locking plate internal fixation and conventional plate internal fixation in the treatment of limb fractures. Methods115 cases with limb fractures were divided into observation group (60 cases) and control group (55 cases).Patients of the observation group were given minimally invasive percutaneous locking plate internal fixation, and patients of the control group received conventional plate internal fixation. The treatment effects of two groups were compared and analyzed. ResultsThe mean operation time, blood loss, postoperative hospital stay, and complication rate,such as iwound infection, bone nonunion and joint stiffness of observation group were significantly lower than that of control group (P<0.05). Fracture healing of observing group was significantly better than that of control group (P<0.05). ConclusionMinimally invasive percutaneous locking plate internal fixation in the treatment of limbs fracture has many advantages, such as reducing operation trauma, speeding up the postoperative recovery, reducing the incidence of complications, it can improve the fracture healing effect.
