目的探讨应用传统腹腔镜器械施行经脐单孔腹腔镜脾切除术的前景。方法回顾分析2010年12月至2013年8月7例患者行单孔腹腔镜脾切除术的手术过程及临床效果。结果7例患者手术均获成功。手术时间130～165 min，术中出血量20～600 mL，术后进食时间1～3 d，术后住院时间3～8 d。术后恢复良好，患者对手术效果满意。结论应用传统腹腔镜器械施行单孔腹腔镜脾切除术安全、有效，术后疼痛轻、恢复快、美容效果佳，适合在有腹腔镜脾切除手术基础的医院开展。

ObjectiveTo investigate the prospect of transumbilical single incision laparoscopic splenectomy with conventional laparoscopic instruments. MethodsClinical data of 7 patients who underwent transumbilical single incision laparoscopic splenectomy with conventional laparoscopic instruments from Dec.2010 to Aug.2013 were retrospectively analyzed. ResultsAll the operations of 7 patients were successful. Operation time ranged from 130 to 165 min. Intraoperative blood loss was 20 to 600 ml. Postoperative eating time was 1 to 3 days. Hospital stay was 3 to 8 days. All patients recovered well, and were satisfied with the surgical effect. ConclusionsTransumbilical single incision laparoscopic splenectomy with conventional laparoscopic instruments is feasible and safe, and it also have advantage of light postoperative pain, quick recover, and good cosmetic effect. This new operation is suitable for hospitals which have experiences of traditional laparoscopic splenectomy
