目的探讨血管内皮细胞生长因子受体2(VEGFR2)和微血管密度(MVD)在大肠癌组织中的表达和意义。方法选择收治的大肠癌患者36例,取大肠癌组织作为观察组,相同患者癌旁正常组织作为对照组,检测VEGFR2表达和MVD计数,并分析两者与大肠癌患者病理特征的关系。结果VEGFR2在癌变组织中的阳性表达率为58.3%(21/36),显著高于正常组织22.2%(8/36),且与浸润深度增加、远处转移和淋巴转移显著相关;MVD在癌变组织中的计数为(28.6±9.4)个/HP,显著高于正常组织(10.5±3.9)个/HP,且与组织学分化程度、浸润深度、远处转移和淋巴转移显著相关,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论大肠癌组织中VEGFR2表达和MVD计数高,二者皆可提示大肠癌侵袭转移。
ObjectiveTo investigate the expression of and its significance of vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 2 (VEGFR2) and microvessel density (MVD) in colorectal cancer tissues. MethodsColorectal cancer tissues of 36 patients were sampled as observation group, with their adjacent normal tissues as control group. VEGFR 2 expression and MVD count of the two groups were detected, and their relationships with the pathological features of colorectal cancer were analyzed. ResultsThe positive rate of VEGFR 2 in cancerous tissues was 58.3% (21/36), obviously higher than 22.2% (8/36)in normal tissue, and significantly correlated with depth of invasion and distant metastasis(all P<0.05). MVD count in cancerous tissues was (28.6 ± 9.4) /HP, obvious higher than (10.5 ±3.9)/HP of normal tissues, and significantly correlated with histologic differentiation, invasion depth, distant metastasis, and lymph node metastasis (all P<0.05). ConclusionBoth VEGFR 2 expression and MVD count in colorectal cancer tissues can indicate the metastasis of colorectal carcinoma
