目的研究数字化全景曲面断层摄影在口腔颌面疾病诊断与治疗中的临床应用。方法对300例经Cranex D 数字全景系统检查的口腔颌面疾病患者的成像方法与曝光条件进行总结分析。结果对口腔全景曲面摄影胶片进行评级,其中优片255例,优片率为85%;良片43例,良片率为14.3%;合格片2例,合格片率为0.7%,无差片(没有废片),一次曝光成功率达100%。结论数字化全景曲面断层摄影一次曝光即可全景显像,不仅成像速度快、所含影像范围广,且优片率高,曝光剂量低,具有高对比度、高分辨率以及低辐射特征,符合现代数字化诊疗趋向微创低辐射的检查特点,应用前景广阔。
ObjectiveTo explore the clinical application of digital panoramic photography surface in oral dentofacial disease. MethodsImagine methods and exposure conditions of 300 cases of oral dentofacial disease using Cranex D digital panoramic system examination were summarized and analyzed. ResultsAll films of oral panoramic photography surface of 300 pat ients were rated, of which, 225(85%) were excellent, 43(14.3%) well, 2 (0.7%)qualified. A light success rate was 100%. ConclusionDigital panoramic photography surface can get a panoramic imaging by one exposure, with low exposure dose, fast imaging speed, wide imaging range, high excellence rate, also it has high contrast, resolution and low radiation characteristic, conforms to the trend of modern digital diagnosis and treatment of minimally invasive examination characteristics of low radiation, indicating broad application prospect.
