目的探讨输尿管镜下尿路会师术治疗急性前尿道损伤的临床疗效。方法对22例尿道骑跨伤致前尿道损伤的患者采用输尿管镜下尿路会师留置导尿管，随访观察手术疗效。结果22例均获随访，随访时间2～24个月。其中17例正常排尿，尿道狭窄5例。通过单纯尿道扩张或输尿管镜辅助下尿道扩张术治愈，勃起功能障碍2例，尿道皮肤瘘1例，通过加强抗感染及换药引流治疗后痊愈。结论输尿管镜下尿路会师术治疗急性前尿道损伤具有微创、简单、安全、有效、并发症少的特点，值得推广应用。

ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of ureteroscopic urinary tract realignment in the treatment of acute anterior urethral injury. Methods22 cases of urethral straddle injury treated by ureteroscopic urinary tract realignment were followed up ranging from 2 to 24 months. Results17 cases recovered normal urination. Urethral stricture occurred in 5 cases, and was cured by simple urethral dilation or ureteroscopyassisted urethral dilatation. 2 cases of erectile dysfunction and 1cases of urethralskin fistula were cured by strengthening the antiinfection therapy combined with dressing change and wound drainage. ConclusionUreteroscopic urinary tract realignment in the treatment of acute anterior urethral injury has advantages of minimally invasiveness, safety, effectiveness and few complications, worthy of clinical application.
