目的通过对比石膏灌注模型经四种不同消毒方法处理后的各项物理性能指标,探索消毒方法对石膏模型的影响,为临床选择石膏模型消毒方法提供参考。方法 (1)仿临床单颗牙缺失固定桥牙体预备后模型制作三单位固定桥金属模具,用藻酸盐印模材翻制石膏模型25个,随机分成A、B、C、D、E 5组,每组5个,A组为对照组,不做任何处理,B组为紫外线消毒组、C 组为高压蒸汽灭菌组、D组为微波消毒组、E组为甲醛熏蒸消毒组,经处理后测定尺寸精度。(2)制作50 mm×10 mm×5 mm标准长方体自凝树脂模具,灌注25个长方形石膏模型,同上分组处理,测定表面硬度。结果 (1)四种消毒方法消毒石膏模型前后的尺寸精度值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(2)紫外线消毒、甲醛熏蒸消毒前后,石膏模型的表面硬度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(3)髙压蒸汽灭菌和微波灭菌前后石膏模型表面硬度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 (1)四种消毒方法对石膏模型的尺寸精度无显著影响。(2)髙压蒸汽灭菌可导致石膏模型表面硬度明显降低,微波灭菌可导致石膏模型表面硬度增强,其他消毒方法对石膏模型的表面硬度无显著影响。(3)微波灭菌适合用于临床石膏模型的消毒。
ObjectiveTo study the influence of four different disinfection methods on the physical indicators of dental stone casts. Method(1) After making a metal model imitating the rigid fixe d bridge, 25 plaster models were reproduced using alginate impression material, which were randomly divided into 5 groups, five in each group. A group was used for blank control, B group received ultraviolet disinfection, C group received high pressure steam sterilization, D group received microwave sterilization, E group received formaldehyde fumigation. The processed dimensional accuracy of plaster models were measured. (2) 25 rectangular plaster models were perfused using a standard rectangle selfmade curing resin mold, 50 mm×10 mm×5 mm in size, followed by grouping and disinfection by following the same steps mentioned above. The surface hardness were determined. Results(1) The dimensional accuracy of the plaster models before and after four kinds of dis infection methods showed no significant changes(P>0.05).(2) Both ultraviolet disinfection and formaldehyde fumigation did not affect the surface hardness of plaster models(P>0.05).(3)High pressure steam sterilization and microwave sterilization significantly affected the surface hardness of plaster models (P<0.05). Conclusion(1)Four disinfection methods do not influence the dimensional accuracy of plaster models.(2)High pressure steam sterilization can decrease the surface hardness of plaster models, while microwave sterilization can increase the surface hardness of plaster models.(3)Disinfection using microwave sterilization is suitable for clinical gypsum model
