自制紫外光LED消毒罐灭菌效果观察▲

目的 探讨自制紫外光LED医用消毒罐的灭菌效果。方法 将100把无菌钳(镊)经人工染上5标准菌株(金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌、产超广谱酶大肠埃希菌、铜绿假单胞菌、粪肠球菌)后平均分成两组,实验组(A组)50把,采用自制的紫外光LED消毒罐对其灭菌;对照组(B组)50把,采用传统的压力蒸汽灭菌储物罐进行灭菌,观察5个标准菌株在两种不同的灭菌方式下的灭菌效果。结果 在灭菌总数中,A组50把样本中,灭菌成功47把,无效3把,有效率94%,B组灭菌成功48把,无效2把,有效率96%,两者比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在灭菌类别中,A组对大肠埃希菌、产超广谱酶大肠埃希菌、铜绿假单胞菌的灭菌率为100%,对金黄色葡萄球菌、粪肠球菌的灭菌率为90%;B组对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌、粪肠球菌的灭菌率为100%,对产超广谱酶大肠埃希菌、铜绿假单胞菌的灭菌率为90%,两者比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 自制的200~275 nm波长的高功率紫外光LED消毒罐具有与传统高压消毒罐相当的灭菌效果,有一定的可行性,值得进一步的研究。
Objective To assess the germicidal efficacy of selfmade disinfection tank with ultraviolet LED. Methods A total of 100 sterile forceps/tweezers were artificially contaminated with 5 standard bacterial strains (Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, ESBLsproducing Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Enterococcus faecalis), and were divided into experimental group (group A, n=50) and control group (group B, n=50). The forceps/tweezers of group A were sterilized using selfmade disinfection tank with ultraviolet LED, and the forceps/tweezers of group B were sterilized using traditional storage tank with pressuresteam sterilization. The germicidal efficacy for 5 standard bacterial strains was evaluated in the two approaches. Results In group A, 47 samples was successful in sterilization and 3 samples failed to be sterilized. The effective rate of group A was 94%. In group B, 48 samples was successful in sterilization and 2 samples failed to be sterilized. The effective rate of group B was 96%. There was no difference in the sum of sterilized samples between the two groups (P>0.05). In group A, the sterilization rate of Escherichia coli, ESBLsproducing Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa was 100%, and the sterilization rate of Staphylococcus aureus and Enterococcus faecalis was 90%. In the group B, the sterilization rate of Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Enterococcus faecalis was 100%, and the sterilization rate of ESBLsproducing Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa was 100%. There was no difference in the category of sterilization between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusions The selfmade disinfection tank with 200 to 275 nm wave length of ultraviolet LED has the same germicidal efficacy as the traditional disinfection storage tank with high pressure. This approach has certain feasibility and is worthy of further research.
