目的 比较等离子扁桃体切除术与常规扁桃体剥离术术后出血的情况。方法 选取行扁桃体切除术患者260例，采用随机数字表法将其分为等离子扁桃体切除术组（观察组）与常规扁桃体剥离术组（对照组），每组各130例，对两组患者手术时间、术中出血情况、迟发性出血次数及发生率、术后疼痛评分情况进行比较。结果 观察组手术时间和术中出血量均低于对照组，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组的迟发性出血率为6.92%（9/130），对照组迟发性出血率为14.62%（19/130），两组比较，差异有统计学意义（χ2=4.002，P=0.045）；观察组与对照组患者在术后第1天、第7天及第10天疼痛评分的比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 等离子扁桃体切除术在控制术后出血方面的临床效果优于常规扁桃体剥离术。

Objective To compare the postoperative bleeding between tonsillectomy with plasma and routine tonsillectomy. Methods A total of 260 patients underwent tonsillectomy and were randomly divided into tonsillectomy with plasma group (observation group; n=130) and routine tonsillectomy group (control group; n=130). The operative duration, intraoperative blood loss, times and incidence of delayed bleeding and postoperative pain scores were compared between the two groups. Results The operative duration was shorter and the intraoperative blood loss was less in the observation group compared with the control group (P＜0.05). The incidence of delayed bleeding in the observation group and the control group were 6.92% (9/130) and 14.62% (19/130) respectively, and there was a statistical difference between the two groups (χ2=4.002，P=0.045). At 1 day, 7 days and 10 days after operation, there was a difference in the postoperative pain scores between the two groups (P＜0.05). Conclusions Tonsillectomy with plasma is superior to routine tonsillectomy in controlling the postoperative bleeding.
