目的 探讨术中应用纳米炭对甲状腺癌患者的保护作用。方法 选取甲状腺癌患者100例,均行根治手术,按硬币法将其分成实验组50例,对照组50例,实验组术中注射纳米炭,对照组术中未注射纳米炭,对比手术效果。结果 实验组中央区淋巴结、侧颈区淋巴结清扫数量显著多于对照组,甲状旁腺误切率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 术中甲腺状内注射纳米炭,可保护患者甲状腺功能。
Objective To investigate the protective effect of nano carbon carbon in patients with thyroid cancer during operation. Methods A total of 100 patients with thyroid cancer underwent radical operation, and were randomly divided into experimental group (n=50) and control group (n=50) by the method of coin tossing. During operation, injection of nano carbon was performed in the experimental group, and nano carbon was not used in the control group. The efficacy was compared between the two groups. Results The number of removed central and lateral neck lymph nodes in the experimental group was significantly more than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusions Intraoperative Intraglandular injection of nano carbon can protect the thyroid function of patients.
