目的观察戊酸雌二醇（补佳乐）联合米索前列醇对绝经期妇女取环的效果。方法因绝经后要求取环的58例妇女随机分成实验组（A组）与对照组（B组）各29例，其中A组采用戊酸雌二醇（补佳乐）联合米索前列醇，B组不使用特殊药物，比较两组在取环效果上的差异。结果 A组29例全部取环成功，取环率100%，宫颈全部软化，均无须扩宫取环，出现取环疼痛者2例，取环综合征0例；B组29例中28例取环成功，取环率96.55%，24例宫颈完全软化，5例须扩宫后取环，出现取环疼痛者6例，取环综合征1例，两者比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论补佳乐联合米索前列醇用于绝经后妇女取环能使宫颈软化良好，减轻痛苦，提高环取出率，降低取环综合征的发生。

Objective To explore the efficacy of estradiol valerate combined with misoprostol for removal of intrauterine device (IUD) in postmenopausal women. Methods Fittyeight women required removal of intrauterine device due to menopause, and were randomly divided into experimental group (group A, n=29) and control group (group B, n=29). Group A was administered estradiol valerate combined with misoprostol, and group B was not administered any special drugs. The efficacy of IUD removal was compared between the two groups. Results For the 29 cases of group A, IUD removals were completed successfully (the success rate was 100%), the cervices were completely softened and the intrauterine devices were removed without cervical dilatation. In group A, pain associated with removal was observed in 2 cases and IUD removal associated syndrome did not occurred in any cases. In group B, IUD removals were completed successfully (the success rate was 96.55%) in 28 cases, the cervices of 24 cases were completely softened and the intrauterine devices of 5 cases were removed with cervical dilatation. Pain associated with removal was observed in 6 cases and IUD removal associated syndrome occurred in 1 case. There was a statistical significance in the assessment between the two groups (P＜0.05). Conclusions Estradiol valerate combined with misoprostol can soften cervix, relief patients from pain, increase the success rate of IUD removal and decrease the incidence of IUD removal associated syndrome in postmenopausal women.
