Nasopharyngeal cancer is one of the most common malignancies in the Department of Otolaryngology, especially in Guangxi, Guangdong, accounting for about 80% of the local cancers. It is even nicknamed “Guangdong and Guangxi cancer,” closely related to genetic factors, environmental factors, EB virus infection factors. Radiotherapy is the main treatment for nasopharyngeal cancer, and nasal complications after radiotherapy is many, of which the most common is radioactive sinusitis. An extensive literature review of was conducted to study nasal complications especially radioactive sinusitis after radiotherapy.
