目的检测缺氧诱导因子-1α(hypoxia-inducible factor1 alpha,HIF-1α)、Ki-67在不同时期血管瘤中的表达。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法检测30例血管瘤、10例正常皮肤软组织中HIF-1α、Ki-67的表达。结果增生期血管瘤中HIF-1α、Ki-67显著高于消退期血管瘤及正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);HIF-1α与Ki-67表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 HIF-1α的异常表达可能促进了血管内皮细胞的增殖,与血管瘤的发生、发展有一定的关系。
Objective To detect the expression of hypoxia-inducible factor-1α(HIF-1α) and Ki-67 at different times in hemangioma,and explore their significance.Methods Immunohistochemical streptavidin/peroxidase(SP) stain was applied to examine the expression of HIF-1α and Ki-67 in 30 patients with hemangioma and 10 samples of normal skin and soft tissue.Results HIF-1α and Ki-67 in the proliferative hemangioma were significantly higher than those in the involuting hemangioma and normal controls,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);HIF-1α and Ki-67 expression was positively correlated(P<0.05).Conclusion The abnormal expression of HIF-1α may contribute to the proliferation of endothelial cells,and be of a certain relationship of vascular tumor occurrence and development.
