目的研究鼻咽癌鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜移植瘤模型的建立。方法接种梯度递增的鼻咽癌细胞及对照组于鸡胚,对生长出的移植瘤行原位数码摄影,体积测量,组织切片观察。结果鼻咽癌细胞可在鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜(CAM)形成移植瘤;该移植瘤可模拟鼻咽癌人体内生长模式;鼻咽癌细胞在CAM上适宜成瘤接种细胞数是0.5~1×106。结论成功地建立了鼻咽癌CAM移植瘤模型,为开展鼻咽癌生物学行为研究奠定又一个技术平台。
Objective To explore the methods of establishing chick embryo chorioallantoic membrane(CAM)transplantation model of nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC).Methods NPC cells in gradient-increasing concentration were inoculated in the CAM.Then photographs in situ of grown transplantation tumors were taken,their volume measured,and histological change observed.Result NPC cells could form transplantation tumors in CAM.These transplantation tumors could copy the growth pattern as NPC did in human body.The appropriate inoculated number of NPC cells was 0.5~1×106.Conclusion The CAM transplantation model of NPC is successfully established.The model can lay a good foundation for further research on NPC
