 目的探讨高压氧(HBO)治疗对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)运动功能的影响。方法采用随机数字表方法,将67例缺氧缺血性脑病新生儿分为对照组和观察组,其中对照组32例,观察组35例,对照组使用常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上加HBO治疗,评价治疗前和治疗1、2、3个疗程后及半周岁时患儿总运动功能评分(GMF评分)情况。结果治疗1、2、3个疗程后及半周岁时观察组GMF评分均低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病早期HBO治疗疗效显著。
Objective To investigate the effect of the hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) on the motor function of neonate hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy(HIE).Methods 67 moderate HIE patients were divided into the normal treated group ( the control group) and the HBO treatment group ( the treatment group) according to random digital table,the control group had 32 cases and the treatment group had 35 cases.Both groups received routine treatment,while the treatment group was added with HBO.The scores of general motor function (GMF) were compared before and 1,2 and 3 courses after treatment and when the baby were 6 months old.Results After the treatment of the hyperbaric oxygen,the scores of the GMF for the treatment group was lower than that of control group (P<0.001) 1,2 and 3 courses after treatment and when the baby were 6 months old.Conclusion The effectiveness of the treatment with hyperbaric oxygen for neonate hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy was apparent.
