目的探讨冠心病患者支架置入术前及支架置入术后6个月血小板衍化生长因子(platelet-derived endothelia cell growth factor,PDGF)的表达及其临床意义。方法采用RT-PCR法技术检测206例冠脉造影无异常患者的单核细胞PDGF mRNA水平、106例冠心病患者冠脉支架置入术前及冠脉支架置入术后6小时、3个月、6个月PDGF mRNA水平。结果与冠脉造影无异常组相比,冠心病术前组PDGF mRNA平均光密度值高,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05);与冠心病支架置入术前组比较,术后6小时、3个月、6个月,患者PDGF mRNA平均光密度值增加(F=194.754,P=0.000);与复查冠脉造影组无支架内再狭窄组相比,支架内再狭窄组患者PDGF mRNA平均光密度值增加(F=108.059,P=0.000)。结论冠脉支架置入术对血管的损伤可能引起了PDGF的表达增加,PDGF水平的表达变化可能参与了冠脉支架内再狭窄的发生。
Objective To explore the expression of platelet-derived endothelia cell growth factor (PDGF) in coronary heart disease (CAD) patients before and 6 months after stent implantation and its clinical significanceMethods 206 cases of normal coronary angiography patients and 106 cases of coronary stent implantation patients were enrolled in the study.PDGF mRNA expression in monocyte was tested by RT-PCR in normal coronary angiography patients and coronary stent implantation patients before,and 6 hours,3 months,and 6 months after stent implantation.Result Compared with the normal coronary angiography patients,the mean optical density (OD) of PDGF mRNA pre-stent implantation in CAD was significantly higher (P<0.05). Compared with pre-stent implantation,OD of PDGF mRNA was higher in 6 hours,3 months,6 months post-stent implantation (F=194.754,P=0.000).Compared with non-stent restenosis patients,mean OD of PDGF mRNA in stent restenosis patients was significantly higher (F=108.059,P=0.000).Conclusion The vessel injury caused by coronary stent implantation might lead to the increase of expression of PDGF,which may involve the occurrence of stent restenosis.
