Objective To evaluate the operative method and efficacy of transurethral plasmakinetic enucleation of the prostate(PKEP)in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH)．Methods All of 300 cases of BPH were treated by transurethral enucleation prostate using Gyrus plasmakinetie dissection system and resectoscope．The indices such as IPSS，QOL，Qma)【and residual urine volume before and after the operation were monitored and analyzed．Result An 0f 300 patients underwent the operation successfully．No complication like TURS and bladder mpture occurred．All patients discharged successfully，and passed their water comfortably with perfect contro1．Conclusion The PKEP has advantages of llish safety．1ess eomplication and satisfactory eficacy in the treatment of BPH．
