目的评价微创稳定系统治疗高能量胫骨平台骨折的临床疗效。方法27例高能量胫骨平台骨折患者,按照Schatz-ker分型:Ⅱ型6例,Ⅴ型12例,Ⅵ型9例;均为闭合性骨折。所有患者均采用单一的微创稳定系统(LISS)内固定。结果所有病例均获随访,时间9~18个月(平均14.1个月),全组病例无感染,无延迟愈合及骨不连、断钉、断钢板等并发症发生,临床骨愈合时间平均12.7周。术后1年膝关节HSS评分平均分82.1分(68~95分)。结论对高能量胫骨平台骨折采用微创稳定系统治疗安全、有效,可以获得良好的关节功能。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of Less Invasive Stabilization System on the treatment of high-energy tibial plateau fractures.Methods Of 27 cases of high-energy tibial plateau fractures,according to Schatzker classification,6 cases were type II,12 cases were type V and 9 cases were type VI.All cases were closed fractures,and were treated with single Less Invasive Stabilization System.Results All cases were followed up for 9 to18 months,with an average of 14.1 months.There was no infection,delay union or nonunion,broken nails or broken plates.The mean time for bone union was 12.7 weeks,and the mean HSS score was 82.1(68 to 95)points one year after operation.Conclusion Less Invasive Stabilization System is safe and effective for the treatment of high-energy tibial plateau fractures,resulting excellent joint function.
