目的建立经皮注射星状神经节阻滞动物模型,初步观察两侧分别阻滞时对大鼠血压和心率的影响。方法选取28只SD大鼠作为实验动物,随机分为对照组、后入路阻滞和侧入路阻滞组,麻醉后行星状神经节阻滞,眼睑下垂为阻滞成功。结果后入路组有九只出现单侧眼睑下垂,侧入路组有七只出现单侧眼睑下垂。结论后入路进行星状神经节阻滞是一种较为可行的建立星状神经节阻滞动物模型的方法,单侧星状神经节阻滞对血压和心率没有影响
Objective To establish an animal model of stellate ganglion block of percutaneous injection and observe the effect of left and right block on blood pressure and heart rate of rats. Method 28 SD rats were randomly divided into three groups : the control group, the posterior block group and the lateral block group. All rats in posterior block group and lateral block group were processed with stellate ganglion block after anesthesia induction. Eye ptosis was marked as the success of stellate ganglion block. Result There were 9 rats showed ipsilateral ptosis in the posterior block groups, as compared with 7 rats in the lateral block group. Conclusion Posterior stellate ganglion block is a more feasible way to establish animal models of stellate ganglion block of percutaneous injection. Ipsilateral stellate ganglion block has no effect on blood pressure and heart rate of rat.
